Beginning with a meeting to develop an in-depth position profile and target list (a list of the companies clients have selected to target for the search), clients follow their search progress to the research stage. Rather than depending on the limits of stale data and a Rolodex file, our research and recruiting gets your message to your targeted talent.

To ensure individual attention to our clients, High Desert limits the number of searches we accept at any one time. We also limit the number of clients we accept in any one category. This gives our clients an open field from which to recruit.
