G. Develop selling strategy.
Development of the target list
A. Identify direct competitors (nationwide basis).
B. Ascertain companies utilizing people with similar skills, abilities and education. Geographic proximity).
Research process
Identification of people in appropriate jobs.
Presentation of the opportunity
Recruiting and referral solicitation.

Screening process (qualification of interested candidates)
A. Qualification for abilities to meet deliverables and critical challenges.
B. Qualification for motivation, compensation, barriers to closure.
C. Reference checks and education verification, prepared for High Desert Internal use only.
Presentation of short list
Candidates can be presented as discovered, or as a short list, depending on the client's preference.
Interviews
A. We will assist with scheduling of interviews, travel, and presenting relocation information to candidate and family.
B. We will provide consultation and advise in selection of interviewing team, goals from phone and in-plant interviews and the entire interview process.
Selection
We will assist in the selection process by providing feedback on critical factors such as candidates' level of interest, concerns, financial and relocation package expectations, counter-offer concerns, and other barriers to closure.
Pre-offer qualification
Trial close before client extends offer.

Presentation of qualified offer by client
Discussion of offer with candidate, addressing concerns and potential counter-offer from current employer. Preparation of the candidate for resignation, by walking them through the resignation process.
Offer acceptance
Assist candidate with preparation of resignation letter, preparing them resignation meeting, advising them on possible terms of notice, and ensuring a smooth and uneventful transition from former employer to employment with client.
Candidate starts
Follow up with new hire to ensure smooth transition to client and assist in resolving issues with new position, relocation or other concerns.
